Minimum Balance, a classic, fully restored 1978 Columbia 10.7 Meter (35’) sloop is the vehicle. The boat is very well equipped with safety in mind. Hoisting, trimming and reefing of all sails, as well as anchoring can be done easily and safely from the cockpit. Minimum Balance is a true pleasure to sail aboard. The yacht, Minimum Balance, will accommodate up to six people for day sails or sunset sails, and up to three people for weekend getaways and sailing vacations. On Board Ameneties

Twin Dolphin Marina Minimum Balance is docked at one of the West Coast’s premiere marinas. This marina is located at the head of the beautiful Manatee River in downtown Bradenton, Florida. Bradenton is approximately a one-hour drive from Tampa International Airport or a half-hour drive from Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport. It is located at the South End of the famous Sunshine Skyway Bridge which spans the entrance to Tampa Bay from the Gulf of Mexico. The marina offers floating cement docks for easy access on and off the boat. The boat is located on the most desirable dock in the marina, giving direct access to the swimming pool, jacuzzi, laundry facilities, showers and ships store. There is ample, free parking close by. There are dock carts available for your convenience in getting supplies on and off the boat. Within walking distance are a player’s theater, a museum with a planetarium, friendly bars, restaurants and quaint breakfast places. |
